Returns, Exchanges & Condition Policy

At Selections by Sophia, we curate a collection of pre-owned luxury and vintage items. Due to the exclusive and secondhand nature of our pieces, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

We make every effort to accurately represent each item, providing detailed images and descriptions of any wear or imperfections. We strongly encourage you to review all listing details carefully. Should you require additional images or have questions regarding sizing and fit, please contact us via our website contact form or Instagram DM before finalising your payment. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the condition, description, and measurements provided.

Vintage & Pre-Owned Condition

Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury and vintage items, signs of wear should be expected.

  • Pre-owned items: Minor imperfections, such as gentle fading of logos or hardware scratches, are common.
  • Vintage items: Pieces labeled as "vintage" may naturally show signs of aging, including fading, minor material wear, or characteristics unique to their history. These are not considered defects but rather part of the item's unique character.

Item Issues & Damaged Deliveries

Our policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify any non-excludable statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

In the rare event that you receive an item with significant damage or a major fault that was not clearly pictured or described in the listing, please contact us via our contact form within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the situation.

To be eligible for an evaluation or remedy, the item must be in the exact condition it was received:

  • The Selections by Sophia security tag must remain attached and untampered with.
  • We cannot review, process, or accept returns for any items where our security tag has been removed.
